Return and Refund Policy

At Body IQ Athletics, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness, fitness, and lifestyle programs. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

• All digital products, including e-books, workout plans, meal plans, guides, and downloadable content, are non-refundable due to the nature of the content.  
• Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.  

• For one-on-one coaching sessions, group programs, or subscription-based services:  
  • If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your first session to discuss your concerns.  
  • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Body IQ Athletics.  
• Sessions missed without prior notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.  

• For pre-paid coaching packages or subscriptions, you may cancel future sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice.  
• Any sessions already delivered or accessed cannot be refunded.  

• If a payment is processed incorrectly or a technical issue prevents access to your purchased product, please contact us immediately.  
• We will work to resolve the issue promptly or provide a refund if appropriate.
